This is a med-fast pace club ride, averaging 30-32 kph.Riders have a clear responsibility to ensure that they can handle this pace and ride in a safe manner. Experience in bunch riding is a must.
Riders who cannot keep to this sort of pace should try Le Reve or Guns and Roses rides to gain the necessary level of ride fitness and experience.

As a NSCC member, you must wear club kit in recognition of the support of our sponsors.Non NSCC riders are welcome to ride with us but after a couple of rides there is an expectation that you might sign up.

Depending on numbers, we may split the Peloton at the top of Bobbo to ensure a manageable bunch size. This is especially the case in the warmer months as numbers naturally increase.
The ride captain will indicate at the ride briefing at the start. First bunch to the top of bobbo will make a natural selection as the bunch splits. This is for the safety of all riders.

The ride heads through Bobbin head, North Turramurra, St Ives then onto Terry Hills. This is where the bunch splits as some turn left to Duffy's and some continue on to do Akuna Bay. Occasionally a group will go onto McCarrs Creek and do a beaches loop. All rides conclude at Pierre's for coffee where the upcoming open race season is often talked about.
