This will be a semi-serious training ride, planning to pack-in around 70km plus hills.

Would prefer a small group but anyone not afraid of some serious hard work are more than welcome.

See you in the morning
Phil

philberesford Northern Beaches Hill Fest Hard work today. In many ways the wetter conditions made the ride more tiring than last time.

Were you there and have a story to tell?
